This Privacy Policy explains how NENC Media Group (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit nencmediagroup.com, subscribe to our newsletter, or use features we may enable over time. Legal basis: contract for membership services; consent for non‑essential cookies, analytics, and personalized advertising; legitimate interests for strictly necessary measurement and security.

Newsletters, memberships and payments

  • Newsletters: we collect your email to send newsletters. We rely on your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. We retain newsletter records while you are subscribed and remove or anonymize them after you unsubscribe.
  • Memberships and payments (if enabled): account data is used to provide access and support. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details. Transactional data needed for billing and legal compliance is retained for statutory periods.
  • We do not add newsletter subscribers to third‑party marketing lists without consent.

Sharing, transfers, and retention

  • Service providers: we share data only with trusted providers who help operate the site and services, including hosting/CMS, email delivery, payment processors, and analytics/advertising partners (if enabled). These providers act under contract and are required to protect your data.
